Fife Summer Jazz Course

Jazz enthusiasts once again have a fantastic opportunity to take part in the Fife Summer Jazz Course. Organised by Arts and Theatres Trust Fife with Richard Michael as Course Director the course attracts participants nationwide. It includes a series of morning, afternoon and evening sessions where you will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the best jazz tutors in the country with a view to improving and developing standards of playing, public performance and improvisation.
Previous jazz experience is not essential for this course but a basic grounding in your chosen instrument(s) would be an advantage.
It is entirely possible for non-readers to participate in the course. However some of the skills will be more readily understood by those with basic music literacy skills.
